- How do I take care of your resin pieces? Resin should be kept in a cool/dry area, hand washed with warm, mild soap and water and dried with a soft cloth. Do not expose your pieces to direct sunlight or use in a dishwasher. Do no scrub with harsh chemicals, soak in water or other liquids or any types of oil.
- What happens if exposed to high temperatures? Should you leave your resin piece in direct sunlight and it becomes soft, place in a cool/dry area and the piece will harden again.
- How do I return an item? Purchased items can be returned by initiating a return request by emailing Orders@ForYouFromMe.net within 5 days of delivery.
- Can I exchange an item for another of the same price? Purchased items cannot be exchanged.
- Is international shipping an option? We only ship within the United States (shipping originates from the East Coast via USPS Ground Advantage with Tracking).
- Why aren’t all of my pieces the exact same? Pieces from this store are all handcrafted, handpainted or handmade. We try to replicate as much as possible, however, with resin particularly, the pigments and settling is generated by gravity, temperature and leveling. Uniqueness is what we strive for the most!
